Hello, Hares Hill Community!
Meeting so many of you at our Welcome and Art Night last month was a pleasure. The energy at the event was incredible, and it has only made me more excited about the school community we are building together.
As we continue to grow, we are beginning to establish the Hares Hill Elementary Home and School Association (HSA). A strong HSA is essential to our school's success, and it will play a key role in supporting our students, staff, and families through exciting events and valuable resources.
Our first Home and School meeting will take place on March 19th. At this meeting, we will preview plans for the new school, elect our HSA board, and hold sign-ups for spring and summer committees. If you are interested in running for President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary, please complete
the nomination form by Wednesday, March 5th. Candidates will be announced and voted on at our first meeting on Wednesday, March 19th, at 7 PM in the Phoenixville Area Middle School Library. Once the board is elected, they will begin working on adopting the HSA by-laws, and our monthly meetings will start in April.
So much exciting work is ahead as we plan several initiatives for our new school, including fundraisers, committee work, and spring/summer events. Please consider joining the Hares Hill Home and School Association, whether in a leadership role or by actively participating in committees. I look forward to meeting all of you in the coming months and welcoming our students to Hares Hill Elementary!
